dells68 7,498 #26 Posted May 25, 2017 We get to go back home tomorrow! Emory will finish his therapy in the morning, followed by exit testing. This has been a difficult month, but one of the best to increase the use of his arm and boost his self confidence that he CAN use his right arm and hand. Thank you guys for all of the kind comments and well wishes! I think our trip to Tommy's has been the highlight of the trip for Emory. He has planned and talked about his lawn rangers and watched YouTube videos about them everyday. Definitely a month well spent. I'll try to be back regularly as we return to our work at home. Not making any bets, but would love to come to the big show if everything with Dad gets resolved early - got my doubts, but we can always hope. 3 1
dells68 7,498 #27 Posted June 19, 2017 I spent time off and on the last few days working on Emory's Lawn Ranger. I just have to rig an old push mower tank I have until I can find a gas tank. He wanted me to take his picture sitting on it and post it up. He's planning on bringing it to the big show with us - one happy boy!! 11

ACman 7,618 #36 Posted June 20, 2017 We'll be bringing seven kids along this year so there's no shortage of riding friends ! I should be taking notes from Emory and maybe I could use my right arm/hand more .
dells68 7,498 #37 Posted June 20, 2017 Jeff, I've got to give it to Emory. He's never complained about having trouble with his right side, but is willing to do anything to get more use of it and driving his tractors is one heck of a motivator!!

dells68 7,498 #41 Posted July 18, 2017 Hooked? He told me today we need another because "we" have tractor fever. I'll agree, but he was talking about himself.

dells68 7,498 #49 Posted March 28, 2020 Well, you asked for it... Emory had it out riding yesterday and loves it!!! Here she sits in the early morning dew. I’ll get some pics of Emory out cruising later on. I’ve been up since early laying a little paint on the ole D160! The other ranger is waiting for a little love - not to mention a transmission as its was busted from water freezing in it. 3 3 1
