cafoose 3,362 #1 Posted May 19, 2017 I am converting my GT-14 from electronic ignition to points. I just finished putting the points in my GT-14 from another Kohler engine with a broken rod. I drilled a hole in the plug where the plunger goes and pulled it out with a drywall screw. Then I cleaned up the screw holes with a 10-24 tap Then I mounted the points and gapped them to .020 and installed the cover. Next I need remove the stator and wiring and install the one from the other motor. to everyone for the great tips and information! 6 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
