Time for old green to go

Recommended Posts

Well, now that I have been bitten by the WH bug, and that I have four of them, it is time to say goodbye to my trusty Kohler Command 15 engine and it's current Ranch King body. Bought a 90's Ranch King several years ago, knew it wouldn't last long as the body and deck were on a fast decline. After 2 years, the deck gave up the ghost, but the Kohler was still beating strong. I just happened to run across a free (best kind) early 2000's Ranch King with a blown Briggs IC 16.5 hp engine. Swapped the Kohler into the new donor body, and back in business. After another 2 years, it is now time to make room for the red. She was a good tractor, now she will go on to service someone else's yard! Say goodbye to old green.

She was a good tractor, far better than what these new ones are that they are getting  $1200 to $1500 for. Paid $250 for the original tractor, one set of front tires, and four years of service, and sold her for $275.
