Tribsa500 6 #1 Posted April 9, 2017 Hi guys, the bearing on my idler pulley (part no.7451 I think) has given up the ghost and i'm struggling here in the u.k. to find one.Does anyone know where i can get one, or how to machine (or convert) an existing pulley to suit.Thanks. pfrederi 17,895 #2 Posted April 9, 2017 Most times you replace the whole pulley not the bearing. the 7451 is now 95-7668 Stens makes a couple replacements which may be easier for you to find 280362 or 280313
N3PUY 1,031 #3 Posted April 9, 2017 (edited) If it's a pulley like this (riveted together) you can drill out the rivets and replace the bearing. Reassemble with nuts and bolts. Edited April 9, 2017 by N3PUY

gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,102 #5 Posted April 9, 2017 I believe the 280-362 is riveted together with a better bearing in it. If it ever fails you can replace just the bearing by drilling out the rivets. The 280-313 is a less expensive standard assembly like the originals. Garry
