Porkchop87 5 #1 Posted April 5, 2017 Is there a manual that shows the deck belt routing, and also the size belt? I really don't know the size of the deck, but to give you an idea of the size, it is in the back of my truck now the outsides of the deck just touch the wheel wells, and I know they are 48 inches apart. So would it be a 48 in.? Also need the blade size as well if you all could help with that. And is there a blade timing that has to be set before putting the blet on? I know this is a lot, just got the tractor and haven't put the deck on yet, needs a belt. Thanks! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,032 #2 Posted April 5, 2017 Mower decks are sized by their width of cut which is always less then the overall width of the deck. My guess is you have a 42" side discharge deck. The blade lengths are a better way to size them. This is not the only deck you could have but somewhere to start. The blades should have a 3/4" center hole.
