Wheel Horse 4 wheel wagon

I have 2 Wheel Horse 4 wheel wagons.

One has a WH decal on the sides, and the other has been repainted without decals.

I have looked at many, many photos of these and see many different configurations of the WH decal.

Is there  a specific decal for a specific year of wagon, or did WH use whatever they had?

What decal is for what year/model wagon?

I can not answer your question with any certainty. I can tell you years ago when we were a dealer. We would assemble the wagons to display on the showroom floor. Some of the wagons would come with decals for the front and side pannels some would only have a decal on the front and that was it. Some of the wagons would come with the sides a little different shade of red then the floor.
