19richie66 17,578 #278 Posted April 4, 2018 Little paint & body work. And my trusty assistant. She likes tools. I keep finding them all over the yard. 6
elcamino/wheelhorse 9,360 #279 Posted April 4, 2018 I had an assistant like that , her favorites were tape measures and screw drivers. Nothing better picking up a screw driver covered in dog drool. 2
WHX?? 50,774 #280 Posted April 4, 2018 RED hoses just like the factory! Fetch me that nice Milwaukee bit set up here girl but make sure you find the missing bits! He'll never know they're gone and don't know how to use them anyway!

19richie66 17,578 #282 Posted April 7, 2018 Converted to lug studs. Still have to get new chrome lug nuts for front and rear. Rear shoes back on. Needs a bath. 4
19richie66 17,578 #283 Posted April 11, 2018 Ok so I got rid of the air cleaner wing nut and replaced it with a quick latch mini-25 push button latch. Also got out and did a little surgery on the belt guard. Someone did some hideous “repair “ on it. I also welded up the motion lever. Decided to stay stock looking on that. A Little bit every day. 👍 3

Aldon 4,828 #293 Posted May 7, 2018 Nice Ritchie! Love the much heavier duty front piece on frame that would hold front attach-a-matic bracket should you decide to work that puppy. 2
JPWH 6,256 #294 Posted May 7, 2018 Looks good Richie. I agree with Aldon on the plate. Heavy enough for anything you want to attach to it. 1

19richie66 17,578 #296 Posted May 7, 2018 The plate was already on the front it’s just that they played hop scotch with the welding rod. I ground down all the popcorn and cut grooves between the plate and frame. Welded it back solid and cleaned it up. I have a tach a matic for the front but I may just put a license plate on it.

PeacemakerJack 10,743 #298 Posted May 7, 2018 If you keep calling that thing Skittles—which you should—it will be classic how many times you will have to explain the name. Better to just keep a couple of “before” pics handy. Show them the pic-nuff said!
19richie66 17,578 #299 Posted May 7, 2018 (edited) plenty of pics of the before. Hurts to look at. But the more I look at her old pictures, I don’t think she was Skittles at all. She’s Rasta Edited May 7, 2018 by 19richie66 1

Get an old tach-a-matic mule drive and put a licence plate holder on it, then you will have the worlds heaviest license plate holder... AND front tach a matic...
