gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,165 #2 Posted February 22, 2017 The 1991 PAL Attachments are on page 67 of the file. Forget what PAL stands for but they are attachments approved by Wheel Horse. With regards to part numbers, there are two versions of the 520-H. 1988 and 1989 (without swept axle) accept the original design with the straight back. 1990 - on requires the later slant back to accommodate the raised seat mount.
