lynnmor 7,363 #120 Posted June 23, 2018 A couple of comments. I would think that the bungee cord is rather hard on the plastic bushings in PTO lever. I have been keeping the deck belt covers on for the past 18 years, my left foot is still numb from the serious damage. I see you added a wear surface on the upright piece on the deck, I added nylon pieces there as well and they are holding up after many years, steel on steel wears rapidly.
