amiga4001 33 #1 Posted February 1, 2017 I want to replace my drivebelt off my wheelhorse B115. Got the old one off but it is so old and cracked can't find no numbers. Can anybody give a number off Gates or similar with the correct length and type for my nice machine?
953 nut 55,885 #2 Posted February 1, 2017 Your belt would be a 4L-880 or an A-86.

amiga4001 33 #4 Posted February 2, 2017 I measured the old belt and it is 12,7mm wide and about 223 cm in length. So guessing it is a 4L-880 belt. But that other type belt (A86) is almost identical? There is much price difference online,I can get a A86 from SKF for about 14 euro but if I want a more robust(gardengrade with kevlar reinforced?) 4L-880 from say contitech the price is about 35 euro. Is there much good reason to buy me a such a reinforced belt?
953 nut 55,885 #5 Posted February 2, 2017 The 4L-880 and the A-86 are the same size belt, I included both listings as I wasn't sure what type listing you would use in the Netherlands. I have been running conventional belts for ten or more years with no problems and would select the SKF if it were me.
