Thegearhead0324 1,254 #26 Posted January 18, 2017 Not sure if it helps ya or not, but when my Dad got the wheelhorse I inherited back in 09, the guy he got it from had a 51 series battery in it along with top post terminals. Guess he got sick of the tiny lawn mower batteries moving around in the tray. I put a new battery in it last year, same size (51 group). It fits in pretty decent. I made my own plate recently that bolts on the side which squeezes the battery in place perfectly.

Solze1267 202 #40 Posted May 7, 2017 Finally got my home built drag bar built, painted, and installed. It is set to push or pull both straight or at 45 degrees left or right. Made it from scrap metal laying around the shop.
Solze1267 202 #41 Posted May 29, 2017 Had a great work day on the 1267. Got the battery box made and the rough idle fixed. Also got the hood painted and installed. Its not perfect but then again i didnt build it to look pretty, i built it to work. All i have left is the headlights and decals for the hood then its on to the mower deck
