Victor, single spool Hydraulic valve.

Has anyone ever replaced the spool valve O-rings on one of these? Mine has a slow leak from the front of the spool that comes out of the valve body. Looks pretty simple to remove based off of the Toro repair manual...

I couldn't get your link to work. My o-ring kits came in today. I have 3 valves to rebuild and stack together. There's really nothing to them as long as there is no corrosion and the bores are tight.

Nice! You have the Victor type valves?

Here is the O-Ring Pack I picked up. They are good for Hydraulics as well. 20161227_205105.jpg

Oops. Sorry. Mine are OMCO valves. But spool valves are pretty simple. Keep it surgically clean, oil the orings, and put everything back exactly as it came apart.

Does anyone know if the sizes will be Metric or SAE? The repair docs just say 2 O-rings Spool

UPDATE...

I tried all three type of O-Rings from Harbor Freight and unfortunately none of them were the right size. They were all a hair to thin as well as a fraction of an inch too small in their outer diamter compared to the diamter of the spool and of the old O-Rings. So I headed to my local ACE hardware and found what I think to be the exact size in both width, ID and OD... I have them installed and so far so good. Here is the package.

They are #9 O-rings from Danco. 20161229_205515_Burst01.jpg
