H60-75063B governor linkage on a 654

I have a 654 with an H60-75063B Tecumseh on it that I have recently purchased, but the throttle and governor linkage has be disconnected.  I downloaded the manual for this engine, but it is not 100% clear to me how the spring an linkage to the carb and governor are connected. Can someone with a 654 send me a picture of how these are supposed to be connected.

I found the spring and rod on RCPW.com, I was just unsure how they were connected together.

Thank God for Redsquare. I just picked up a 654 with cables rigged backwards. I need to reup my supporter status.

I noticed the cable end for the throttle is in the top hole in one pic and middle in second pic. Did one work better than the other?

slim67, I had to put that project on hold not to long after I asked my question.  So I don't know which one works best.  I plan on finishing it when I retire in a few years.
