Snow blower ?

Guy at work has a snow blower for sale i have 520h the numbers from the blower that he took a pic of is 42 st01-7125 

Then under it has 9095 will this fit a 520 h i am also unsure if 1 of these are a model number but it cam from the white tag on it thanks for any an all help guys

The 42st01 is the model #. That is for a C-series. It will also work on the 3-500 series and B's until 1978. You're good to go with it. :)

Going by your serial number and build date this should be the snowthrower in question

Thank you guys are awesome any one have experience with this snow blower i have 2 snow blades 1 for my boys 520hc he will get for x mass and 1 for mine what do u guys prefer ive never used a snow blower attatchment is  or really plowed with a garden tractor alwayed used my dads atv i would say the blower would be slower for removing snow but does it shine in the deeper snow or just takes extra longer?

Plowing is by far faster...however if you get a lot of snow you can run out of  place to push it, then I get the blower out to make some space.(or if you get more than foot dropped at once)

I bought a 1976 B-80 new with that very blower. With the 8hp the dealers were instructed not to install the side wings. It worked great. Later I converted that tractor to a C-160 and put the wings on. Having several tractors the 16hp had the blower on it in the winter and I had a blade on a GT-1100. The blade was a lot more fun but being in the lake effect area in Indiana the blower was needed at times for the very reason Paul mentioned.:)
