Wishin4a416 2,191 #1 Posted October 30, 2016 Was wondering if anyone had pictures of their handy work and location on the belt guard mod to improve air flow on the rear cylinder. I will do mine in the Spring before mowing season. Thanks Jack

JAinVA 4,623 #3 Posted October 30, 2016 Heres mine Jack the image I really wanted you to see is this one.I personally believe that shortening the belt guard support does more than the holes. When you look at the thing straight on the bracket covers more of the cooling fins than the belt guard does.JAinVA

Ed Kennell 38,687 #6 Posted October 30, 2016 Jack, if you look closely at the pic of my guard venting on the thread that Craig pasted, you will see the housing I made to collect the back cyl heat and pump it into the cab. To give you an idea of the amount of heat this produces, the cab stays ~40 F warmer that the outside temp.

JERSEYHAWG / Glenn 4,497 #8 Posted November 1, 2016 Always liked the venting talk. the best part I like is using the hot air for heating the cab in the winter. Glenn
