Hello guys I have a bit of an issue which I think I am missing parts to hook the plow to my 520h which I purchased recently  on the middle of the plow where the part fits in between the channels of the plow frame and bolts to the welded 2nd center bar from the front of the plow back how do I hook my Hydro lift to the plow as their isn't any hole big enough to hook the hydrolic lift to i think something is missing also their is a peice on the rear of the plow in which u put a dual notched steel square with round stock on both ends one peice  is welded in the other round stock is removable and slides trough the plow. Is their something on the rear axle that the very end of the plow slides into and locks around the 2in or so dia peice of round stock kinda like the quick attach? I'm sorry if I couldn't explain things better but I don't know the names of some of the parts or the parts I think of missing

Okay now I have both them parts but still Un sure who the lift hooks to the mid mount bracket and how the part on the back of the plow is held onto the tractor but both parts on the photos are what I am talking about just don't know where or how they hook to my 520

This manual should do it for you

It does not show the extra parts to move the assembly forward on the 520 with the forward swept front axle but the rest is the same.

Can any one give me dimensions from the little peice of steel extension that bolts to the mid section then goes to the lifting arm on the hydrolic as I can make that then I need the part that clamps around the axle so if any one can give me dimensions on that also would be grate thanks u all very much as this has been very helpful !

Short lift link 102665 replaced by 105052

1/4"x1-1/4"x5-1/4" flat bar

3/8" pins 5/8" long

Pins 4-1/8" center to center

When I make a link I use 3/8" bolts and cut the threads off. I drill holes in the bar and stick the bolts into them. Then weld the bolt heads to the back side of the bar. Do one bolt and try the fit for alignment. You may find the link needs a bit of offset and installing the second bolt the opposite direction may be sufficient. When the bolts/pins are welded they reduce wear in the holes because they are nice and square to the arms.

Here is a pic of one style of axle bracket to give you an idea.     Not sure you want to manufacture on of these when there are available for $30-$60.

If you want to go cheap, you could make a bracket from two pieces of 2X2 angle bolted to the axle with a hole for the plow pin.

You would have to remove one rear wheel to install the pin when installing or removing the plow frame.

Luv the "do it myself attitude" .   With the skills, equipment, and time,  go for it.

Again, where is Fennelton?
