Tinys 25 #1 Posted September 2, 2016 05 42ms05 deck Took spindles apart tonight to replace bearings and I had 6203rc bearings. Correct od and width but id is 3/4". Shaft is smaller like 5/8. What bearing do I need? Of course only found out after pulling seals and building first spindle. Oh well more practice for my son and I. Lol
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,032 #2 Posted September 3, 2016 A 6203 bearing has a 17 mm ID but they also make one with a 3/4" ID. It is often numbered 6203-12 (12/16" = 3/4"). There is also one made with a 5/8" ID and numbered 6203-10. Just ask for the 6203 with a 3/4" ID. They will know exactly what you need. A 6203-12 RS has one seal A 6203-12 2RS has 2 seals and the common one stocked. If you want just one seal use an awl to pop one out. Garry

Never knew that the same number could have 2 different sizes. The older I'm getting the harder it is too see those numbers.
