Achto 28,534 #1 Posted August 31, 2016 A few pics from the 2016 North Central WI Antique Steam & Gas Engine Club show. This show had numerous steam engines, hundreds of tractors, over 20 acres of flea market, and a multitude of demonstrations. Don't know how many people were in attendance but I do know that there were over 400 campers registered on the grounds. There were a fair amount of garden tractors to look at. Don't get to see a corn binder a action too often. Among the Avery's, Altman Taylors and Oil Pulls was this Square Turn tractor. The seat swings around the steering wheel so you can face forward while driving in either direction. Threshing with an Oil Pull. Hooking up to a different threshing machine with a Nichols & Shepard steamer Minneapolis Moline steam tractor running the saw mill. The Pinery Princess also runs on steam. Try as a might I could not catch all the engines in the line up at once. Including a few working scale models there were 22 steam traction engines at the show, plus numerous stationary engines. Packed up & headed home Sun. afternoon.
