Detector 72 #1 Posted August 10, 2016 I was surfing looking at various paints on the market and come across this Krylon product, they also have another line of rattle can paints for Farm/implement, not sure what the actual difference is though between the two https://www.krylonindustrial.com/products/tough_coat_acrylic_alkyd_enamel_aerosols I know on various projects I've encountered over the years Rustoleum is pretty slow drying depending on humidity but seems to harden fully after several weeks of drying time. Just curious if anyone has tried this Krylon paint.
rmaynard 15,730 #2 Posted August 10, 2016 Yes. For small items and touch up it is okay. I would not try to paint a whole tractor with it. The key is in the type of paint, alkyd. Alkyd is just another way of saying oil-based. Oil paint takes forever to fully dry and cure. Just my 2 cents worth.
