missing speed control linkage parts?

Sorry the picture below is upside down.  It's from a 1975 D180.

I've looked at the diagrams but am having difficulty determining all the missing parts.  Would appreciate some replies on what is missing. Thanks.

I am parting out a D-180 and have taken a couple pics of the area.  I do not have any part #'s but it is evident that some are missing.  You may be able to click on images to enlarge for detail. Mark.
