Out front sickle bar

Here's my latest project, a sickle bar for the front to get into the long grass I have.

 

I welded the frame onto an old tach a matic bracket. So it clips on.

 

 

Then started on the cross shaft.

 

 

then the tensioner

 

 

and here it it is mounted and running

Did the small wheels on the sickle bar come with the bar or was it your idea to install them?

I had to add them, the ground is really uneven here
