Big-Game 91 #26 Posted May 2, 2016 If its still For Sale at the Big Show I will be amazed. If I did not already have one it would be in my garage. It looks very clean and well cared for !! Someone is going to get a nice tractor. With only 46 on the registry were do you think the rest are ? My guess is they were scrapped years ago, to be able to own 1 of less then 50 tractors known to still be around, Priceless. These don't come around often. Just my $.02 Ron Greco / big-game

I agree with that comment. What I do appreciate is ORIGINAL patina, meaning patina that is naturally worn and a little weathered, not a blob of rust. Sometimes when a tractor has been re- painted a few times over the yrs. what you often wind up with is a tractor that looks like butt from half hearted re-paints. There are times when a tractor has never been repainted but the owner left it outside all of the time, you will often find all the original paint gonzo and all that you have left is a blob of rust. I personally am not into that look... What I can say is that this Senior doesn't look too shabby for a repaint, its more than likely the quality paint job the Ponds would have put out back then... I know of a guy that is restoring a Senior within our group, I can guarantee you that it will look killer when he is done with it..
WHX?? 48,834 #30 Posted May 3, 2016 In looking at your collection Ron looks like you could use two!! 16 hours ago, Big-Game said: With only 46 on the registry were do you think the rest are ? I bet there are a few forgotten ones hiding in barns around the country yet but not many. My guess is in IN or PA, possibly MI Probaly will only be found when the barn falls down around them. What's unnerving tho is those who do find them might not know what they found and and unknowingly give them to a scrap guy just to clean up a property. Hopefully the American Pickers guys will find a few! 2 hours ago, Ken B said: I can guarantee you that it will look killer when he is done with it.. We'll be the judge of that Ken..... ask our friend how's about a few sneak peeks?!?!?

oldiron613 583 #34 Posted January 15, 2021 I concur. I've seen a couple sell in the $4k range but needing some TLC. Typically if running and in decent, correct condition, The sell for $5k +.
