Jim in IN 0 #1 Posted April 24, 2016 Hello all, New here, thanks for having me. I am repairing my 77-36TL01 tiller and cannot find the case gasket. I am going to need make one. If anyone has done this, what type and thickness of material did you use? Any help or advice is appreciated. Thanks, Jim

doc724 925 #3 Posted April 24, 2016 Do a search for the latest tiller models on Toro web site. The tiller cases have not changed much if at all. Gaskets for the new tillers are still available and they fit right in. My tiller is an 0736TL03 and teh new gasket dropped right in. You can also use form in place gasket material, however, I think the tolerances inside the case allow for the fiber gasket material. I tried the form in place gasket on another tiller. If you tighten the case bolts tight to get a suitable seal, then the innards seemed very difficult to move. Took it apart, put more from a gasket in place and reassembled, but with bolts not so tight. This relieved the binding.
