Windows 10

So having upgraded the laptop, and it works fairly well (still like Win 7 better), I have now bitten the bullet and upgraded (or tried) my other PC's. The first (wife's PC) went fairly smooth, then came the disaster. My desktop PC which has all of my Wheel Horse stuff on it, refused to upgrade. It would stop after the 2nd re-boot and tell me that Windows 10 was unable to complete due to a registry problem. I Googled the problem and followed every suggestion and nothing fixed it. Even after a chat with Microsoft, I was told that it could not be fixed. Fortunately, it allowed me to return it Windows 7. So, I bought a HDD with Win 10 preloaded and will continue to use the Win 7 drive as a file server. Okay. Here is where my problem is now. I cannot network any of my computers. One laptop will find one of the other PC's but the PC can't open files on the laptop. It is a cluster ____. Anyway, as it stands, I have to go to the computer that hosts the printers, and I must print everything from there. I never had this issue with Win 7. My rant is complete for now. :angry-cussingblack:
