gear oil question again

Im sure this is a beat to death topic , and I did look over some of the older threads and im a little confused ,so ill ask for myself. What would you use in the 8 speed manual transmission ive seen anything from 140w 5 to 10w 30 motor oil ?

I've always used 80-90 conventional or 75-90 synthetic

I almost forgot where is the best place to buy that ?tractor supply? any auto shop ?

I buy mine at RURAL KING....and there is a 12% rebate on everything 4/9---4/16.

Ive used 80w 90 in every thing for years. It used to be the standard gear oil for years.
