AlwaysLookin80 1,308 #1 Posted April 10, 2016 Found this tractor 20 mins away for 60.00. Runs and drives. I bought it mostly for the front and rear wheels and the rear ag's are nice and soft with no dry rot. I think the hood is a cub cadet original hood. The deck is really nice too!

rmaynard 15,427 #11 Posted April 10, 2016 Bring it to the WHCC show. This year's featured tractor is the "custom", and that my friends is a true custom.
Retired Wrencher 5,441 #12 Posted April 10, 2016 J.A. As you seen in the rusted clunkers post They all have a use. Even if they are transformed from other parts = aka other brands.. If it is rusted but not busted it is useable. Enjoy the project.
AlwaysLookin80 1,308 #13 Posted April 10, 2016 It's defanetly a custom. I'm going to break it down today and take the things i want off of it and then start going through the other stuff and then decide what to do from there. The hood is a cub cadet original hood, it has the white paint under the flaking red paint.
AMC RULES 37,127 #14 Posted April 10, 2016 I spy a stock pile... of good parts there.
Amcwheel85 2,059 #15 Posted April 10, 2016 If that is a straight cub hood sell it and then buy the right hood for it! You got a great deal at $60 as the deck is prolly worth more then that! Good luck
AlwaysLookin80 1,308 #16 Posted April 10, 2016 Yeah it's basically a parts tractor to me. I'll get rid of the hood and engine and keep the rest.
