My L-157 Lawn Ranger

Recommended Posts

petes

I thought I would try to post some pictures of my winter project.  Compared to most of the horses I've seen here my little horse looks like it should be pulling Joe S*^! the Ragman's cart  Mower deck has all new bearings and blades and a new belt, new engine and drive belt, and soon a new front axle and spindles. I hope to get some pictures of my "72" Bronco 14 posted when I bring it out of hibernation  :)

:text-coolphotos:   How can you possibly expect to get any work done in a neat spacious garage like that? The rest of us know that you need to be in a cramped shop with lots of stuff all over the place to get any work done.  :ychain:

Looking forward to more updates.

Yeah the engine install went good.  I want to thank the guys who posted the pictures of their Predator engines they helped a lot. I had to get shorter belts, Floyd's Outdoor Power in Coopersville, MI was a great help, letting me take a bunch of used belts to get the right length.  I removed the on-off switch that came with it, then rewired it to a toggle switch on the dash. Kinda hard to see behind the gear shift.  As far as my uncluttered garage, I have to share it with my wife's car, so I keep all the clutter in my head:banana-wrench:

Better pictures of the ignition switch.
