Shuboxlover 478 #1 Posted February 29, 2016 Well, I finally got around to putting the loader on my D-160 this weekend. Everything went great until I went to hook up the pump. First....does anyone have the part number for the belt? Second, it appears I am missing some parts for what I presume is the belt tensioner. Does anyone have pics on what is supposed to go here? And also any leads to where to get the stuff. Thanks
pfrederi 17,654 #2 Posted February 29, 2016 Your set up looks similar but not the same as my WH (ARC loader) What model is yours
pfrederi 17,654 #3 Posted February 29, 2016 Gates need to improve the quality of the ink they use to mark their green belts Can't read the number on mine anymore. Seems to me I had to try a couple different sizes before I got the right one. My adjustment is done with a 3 in lg 3/8NC bolt with a nylock nut up through the bottom plate to the arm the pump is on. (Yours has a big rust spot around the hole). Yours looks like you could use a j bolt through the pump mount arm down and out through that hole.
Shuboxlover 478 #4 Posted March 3, 2016 Can someone maybe get me a pic of this? I'm thinking of a bolt with a knob out the bottom, a threaded trunion in the adjustment hole...any thoughts?
82Caddy 851 #5 Posted March 3, 2016 I can grab you a picture of mine tonight (ark 550 on a D series).
Shuboxlover 478 #6 Posted March 3, 2016 PERFECT. ..THANK YOU! !!
82Caddy 851 #7 Posted March 4, 2016 So mine is similar to yours but not quite the same. I'm not sure if mine has been modified or what happened to it. There is just a bolt with two nuts on it that is used to tension the pump. Pivots on one side with a slot on the other that keeps the pump aligned. Hope that helps.
