limited12 360 #1 Posted February 22, 2016 Picked up this Raider 14 a few months ago, after debating for a couple of months i decided to restore the old girl. Pulled it in the shop, started a list of what i need and want to do, then pulled the tired old kohler and got it up to Paul's (oldredrider) over the weekend for a rebuild. Lane had the nos dash plates picked up one of them. Picked up some smaller items I'm going to need so we are off and rolling…slowly... This will be a slow build but will keep it updated with pics as progress continues…... i will have plenty of questions as i go along…..

AMC RULES 37,141 #4 Posted February 23, 2016 Here's hoping you just do a mechanical restoration... and keep it's patina. Cool tractor.

Squonk, just took 3 2x10, bolted them down perpendicular, 1' longer on each side, then bolted down 2 2x12 onto the 2x10. i used 1/2 x 4" (if memory is correct) carriage bolts to keep it smooth to run over, it is wide enough to drive almost anything on there, So far a GT-14 with filled rear tires is the biggest wheel horse i have had on there. Hope to some more work done this weekend…...
