We did not have much here in Greencastle, Indiana yesterday but it snowed from about 12:30 to 5:00 PM. We received about four inches of snow but I did get out about 5:30 and cleared the drive. I used the 314 Wheel Horse ! Let's see some more photos of your equipment! You know, I was born and raised in Greencastle
Lane Ranger 11,061 #27 Posted February 19, 2016 I recall you telling me that before. I still go to Humphrey's for parts.
cleat 6,801 #28 Posted February 19, 2016 (edited) I laugh every time I think about Humphrey's as my last name is Humphrey and I seem to be getting more and more into Wheel Horses. Maybe when I retire I should start a Wheel Horse repair business. Cows have to be milked and fed, farmers lose a bunch of money in situations like this. I grew up on a Dairy farm. We had to start dumping milk a couple of times, Once when we lost power and and could not cool the milk (but we ran the milkers with vacuum from the manifold of an old gas tractor), and once when the milk truck could not make it in time. Not so much a 72 hour rule in our case but we simply started overflowing the tank. Our tank could hold 2 days worth of milk in high production times.
