WHX?? 48,072 #1 Posted January 25, 2016 Deck on the wife's 16-38 was making a starting to make a littel noise last fall so decided now was a good time for new bearings. These plastic pieces are monted on the bottom side and are called kick plates in the ipl. There are five of them. Can anybody tell me what their purpose is? They are pretty chewed up as you can see and was wondering if they should be replaced. This is suposed to be a "recyler" or mulching deck but I have never used it that way.
