Deck roller shaft fabrication for 42" and 48" decks

After finding all of my tractors had at least somewhat worn deck roller shafts I decided to make new ones.

I used Stainless steel for the pins.

Very nice.

You have been quite busy building new axle pivot pins and now the deck roller pins.

I've replaced my roller shafts a few times using the original plates that came on my 75 series deck. Just grind down the weld and punch the old shaft out.
