RMCIII 838 #1 Posted December 19, 2015 Well, today started well. Got up early. Was on my way out the door a little after 8am heading to the gym for an early morning workout. Then it was supposed to be a quick trip to the barber before coming home and having my Bowl picks in. Well that all changed at the gym after getting "hammered" by a "Hammer Strength" Machine. 1 trip to the ER, 1 throbbing head, and 4 staples later. I was kind of surprised myself when they told me that stiches were no longer used for head injuries. I asked what is? Why staples of course. RC! Craig - what happened to the photo attachment?
