ACman 7,628 #1 Posted December 13, 2015 (edited) Have bunch extra parts , 59 trans , front wheels off my Kobuta BX2230 , 8" HF wheels , HF 79cc predator . Will have my son build new frame from scratch along with a new hood and fenders . Here's the catch , I want to build a Allis Chalmers WD replica but my model would be WH to pay homage to . It would low and mean . Was also thinking about painting frame , tool box , and motor black . Wheels and seat cream . Then I could change out the hood and fenders for Some RJ ones . I just want a cool custom that nobody else has , and if I paint it that way I could have both a and Allis . Would you let the orange one come to the big show . No horse parts would be injured in this process , (maybe a hood that's already full of holes , rivets , dents , and rust ) . Remember I'm going for a rat hot rod look exaggerating the hood lines . If I remove the gas tank ,change the air cleaner , and exhaust for go cart parts I can lower the hood . The RJ in the picture is my 59 and that one going back stock to match my 58 . So let's here your opinions on project RAT TRAC ! Edited December 13, 2015 by ACman

oliver2-44 9,968 #3 Posted December 13, 2015 I like it! A chrome or black exhaust run along the frame to look like a header, or a stack to match the Allis A weight bracket on the front to match the Allis look Maybe lengthen the new frame a little, Since your building a new frame use a heavier size angle, then you;ll be ready if you ever decide to pull with it
ACman 7,628 #4 Posted December 13, 2015 (edited) Thanks guys , I didn't know how it would be accepted . When I bought my 58 he sold me a bunch of extra parts and just want to do something with them . My son is really good with the welder , and wants to hone his fab skills . This would definitely do that . Can't wait for the big show , I sure hope I can make it . ACman 7,628 #5 Posted December 13, 2015 (edited) I've pretty much collected all my parts for my 59RJ and my 702 . Now if I can get someone to get working on them , I would have four to bring to the show . It sucks not being able to work on or drive any of the tractors .
