Snow Blade-what does it fit?

Recommended Posts

What models of tractor does this fit?
Blade is buried in years of leaves and branches/mulch.
I'm guessing it hasn't moved in a decade or more.

Serial 50168

I believe that should fit any C, 300, 400, or 500.

Thank you.
I was going to hit the owner up and buy it, but then I'd have to buy a tractor to fit it.

If it is a 48" width it may be a 1988 model 06-48BC01 which was produced 1984-1989.

I have serial 50002 with a build date of July 11, 1988
This one is 50168
Have seen 51721 with a build date of September 24, 1988

I've got 3 since last December already and looking at another on Monday, along with my yellow and green one.
The wife just doesn't understand and is beginning to give me grief already.
(She doesn't know about the one next Monday)  :laughing-rofl:

If it fit my short frame or a round hood, I'd grab it up as a toy.  Just don't have any plans for that new of a horse right now.  I know this person also has a 4xx series that is in really nice shape, but she's getting older and is paying for lawn and snow service for a few years now.  I kind of wonder what other horse stuff she has in her shed..if any.  Guess I need to go ask.

It would except a 500 with the forward swept axle. You would need a plow frame extension kit or, like I did, weld extensions to the frame.

It will fit a short frame tractor by moving the bar which attaches it to the tractor but not a little mid engine round hood

She may give you everything in that shed if you fix the hole in the roof.

So it would fit my 867?  Does the bar have to be cut out and welded or is it adjustable?
