Rod you see them pop up on ebay from time to time...but the fetch a high price.

Wish I would have bought more when I got mine.

Mike Martino "the author" is working on a 2nd book & it's supposed to be out in the not to far off future.

It will be available from what I understand off theweb with a yet to be provided site? :D
