Farm-ette walk behind

Recommended Posts

953 nut

A friend just purchased a small farm in the Young Harris, GA (near Blairsville) and a 1939 ? Farm-ette walk behind garden tractor came with it. If you would be interested in buying it send me a PM with your phone number or email address and I will pass it along to them. I think it has a K-90 engine. They are open to offers and since RedSquare rules require a price I am real sure they would say yes to a thousand!  :ROTF:   Probably a whole lot less.

I am not a party to this transaction, just doing a favor.

Thanks, I struck out the K-90 reference in the first post. My eyes aren't as keen as yours.

That looks like something that Shallow Water Sailor should have.      Are you out there John?

Back on dry land after last week's cruise. The Farm-Ette was made by Tom Moore Tractor in Mantua, OH. The frame would be yellow with red wheels. The Clinton engine would be their blue-grey. It would be from the late 1940's to 1950's. By 1960 they were only producing ride-on tractors that were red with white wheels.

I may need to re-think the Bee Hind collection after my ankle exploit.
