New member here, ricky racer. I just want to thank Scott and family for a really enjoyable day. I don't have a Wheel Horse but my father-in-law had one and used it for years and my neighbor across the street worked at Wheel Horse as a draftsman helping to design implements. He also was entrusted to take home tractors and implements to feild test. Anyway, thank you all for making a guy with green tractors feel welcome today.

can't say I plowed good, but I took a hard run at it!  my kids helped keep the tractor on all 4's a couple times.  some hard spots in that field!

I was right with you.....I needed spacers to take up the wiggle out of my plow to slot hitch set-up. Plow wanted to plow farther to the left than it should have....wouldn't pull straight behind the tractor.
Also a 12" plow is too much for a 8hp tractor!

what hitch and holes were you using? had the same problem with my plow until i moved it over one hole on the clevis hitch

I think I am almost fully rested from the event.  Wow what an event it was.....I tried to plow, I ran a disc, I met some folks all the way from California that were part of a research and development group (ask me about it sometime, you won't believe it!), talked to so many old friends and missed a bunch too!   It was cold and chilly, but hey that is what we are know for!!!    The machines were awesome, the plowing was excellent, and the friendships were the best part of the day.

I am happy to report that we raised $1230 for St. Baldrick's in memory of the late Max Nunn.  Thank you to everyone near and far that donated goods and bought a bunch of tickets.  Thank you to Paul and Sharon for bringing Max's tractor to the event to help spread awareness about this awful disease.  We will continue to push on in memory of Max......there will be a cure!

My family thanks all of you for being such great guests and treating the property, and our neighbors, with the utmost respect.  You are all a joy to be around.

I became sidetracked numerous times and never did get a count of how many machines showed up, but it was a bunch!  Thanks for bringing your machines to show.....it wouldn't be a show without all of you!

October 2nd 2016 will be our next event.....we are hoping that you will be able to join us!

Great seeing a 604 plowing. Brings back memories when I was a little kid and my dad plowed a big garden with our 604 front wheels in the air!

he shoulda tossed you on the hood to keep the nose down
