JPWH 6,146 #102 Posted April 3, 2016 That motor looks real nice. I like your engine stand too. After taping and painting primer on my motor yesterday I think I am going to build me one.

Lately I've witnessed a true engine stand used for a transmission rebuild, now this...?

I guess I can say I have built quite a few motors.

gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,133 #109 Posted April 10, 2016 Shynon Is your 1045 crankshaft pto end 1" diameter or 1-1/8"? I'm thinking it is 1" and the model 1046 was the first to get the 1-1/8" shaft. Garry

Racinbob 11,299 #117 Posted April 11, 2016 I'm looking forward to seeing it in person and meeting you. That thing looked to be pretty much scrap metal as we strapped it down.

Shynon 7,470 #125 Posted April 19, 2016 Got my wiring done and fired her up on sunday, only ran for a minute. Will do the 1 hour run on Thursday, then change out the fluids. Building my own HL 5 head light bracket, will get it painted this week. Used my other 1045 for a fitment model. I think they look good.
