Kwikway Loader Owners Brace Arm Mount Dimensions

Recommended Posts

Lost Pup

Just picked up a Kwikway Loader which is missing the "Brace Arm Mount".

Any chance anyone owner could post up a few pics of it with the dimension ?

I would like to fab it up close to OEM if possible.

Thanks

The loader was attached to a 418C.

Here are a few more pics of the brace. Close to the black style above maybe made a bit eariler.

Hello Lost Pup

I know this is a very,very .

old post.I found it after hours of searching the forums .

I'm in the process of fabing up a loader for my 520H and I would like to duplicate the Kwik-Way design of the original front brace bracket.

Thankfully I found these pictures of the actual bracket with dimensions .

Problem is the picture's are a little difficult to get a clear view past the "Photo Bucket" water mark

Is it possible to view the pictures with out the water mark? I do have a Photo Bucket account.

I did build my copy. I can look for my drawings and the original pics if I can find them.
I can pull my bracket and take pics as well.
No problem.

Ok guys , found the pics for this. Sorry I forgot to upload, put the bracket on the loader and never looked back.

Looking for the final dimensioned drawings I made......bracket works perfectly.  2015 was a long time ago even in Wheel Horse years.

The one rod piece I left it long for no reason as it was scrap I have around.

Only problem was that PO used the loader without the bracket and the two towers were out of square. A drift pin was needed to get the bolts to line up with the new bracket.

In no particular order here are some more build pics.

I used the actuall front tractor attachment bracket as the jig to tack up at the start. A few carboard templates to work things out.

I stacked the side plates and gang drilled them so the holes would align when welded. Used bolts and washers to align the ends when I tacked them up.
