The cub shift pattern allows for aftermarket Knobs, also matches the 3rd gear speed and feel of the shifter clunk. P.S. baerpath 517 #4 Posted July 28, 2015 weak part is the stock carrier, you can upgrade to a two piece carrier, or a dart one. We have broke the input shaft and the forks Seem more cubs break their axles than WH's My son could change a cub rear out in 15 minutes.
