dgjks6 6 #1 Posted November 13, 2008 What is the oil capacity of a magnum 12 hp? Usually when I change the oil I have a big jug of sears 30W and fill by trial and error, but for the winter I am going to use 10x30. I have 1 quart in my garage. Is this enough? rick 233 #2 Posted November 13, 2008 I think you will find the capacity close to two quarts.

dgjks6 6 #5 Posted November 23, 2008 Just a follow up. Changed the oil (put in 10w30) and the last post was not up yet and 2 quarts was not enough. It did take 2.5 qts. And thanks for the offer, but I finally found the manual at the kohler website (it was under classics - go figure)
