semper5 43 #1 Posted June 22, 2015 I'm about to pass out for exhaustion, but could someone tell me the part number for a cooling fan for the Eaton 1100? Please and thank you!
WNYPCRepair 1,922 #2 Posted June 22, 2015 (edited) 108393 for the 520H, should be the same. Check your model here: http://www.mowerpartpros.com/p/Wheel-Horse-Parts# (strange, my post is blue, and a tiny font) Edited June 22, 2015 by WNYPCRepair

semper5 43 #5 Posted June 22, 2015 Any idea of part number for the idler wheel off the Eaton 1100 main drive belt?
shallowwatersailor 3,213 #6 Posted June 22, 2015 For that, you need what tractor you have.
semper5 43 #7 Posted June 22, 2015 I have a C145, possibly 1980 or 81. Eaton 1100. (There is no data plate on the tiny beast)
shallowwatersailor 3,213 #8 Posted June 22, 2015 The idler is #7451. The C-series "Blackhoods" id plate is tucked up at the top of the hood stand plate.
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,107 #9 Posted June 22, 2015 (edited) The idler is #7451. The C-series "Blackhoods" id plate is tucked up at the top of the hood stand plate. I believe the 7451 is a V-idler used on the 8-speed models.I think the auto models use a 7434 (Corrected part number) replaced by 112426 flat idler.Stens makes a standard replacement and a heavy duty replacement.Often confused because the parts lists are shared by similar models but fail to identify what model uses what part.Garry Edited June 23, 2015 by gwest_ca
shallowwatersailor 3,213 #10 Posted June 22, 2015 (edited) Thanks, Garry, I looked at the wrong page.. They are confusing at times. Looking at the correct page (page 16 figure 6-2) from my 06/80 parts manual for an Auto, I actually have #7434. Replacement is that 112426 you mentioned. semper5 43 #11 Posted June 22, 2015 You all are a right nice bunch.I went to my local parts supplier and he gave me a Stens that was an exact fit. Wonderful. The lever you push or pull to engage/disengage the hydro for free-wheeling, well it wore an over-size oval. The bolt itself is undamaged, which makes me thin someone replaced it instead of correctly fixing the issue (If this is an issue). Since I replaced the pulley, the belt has skipped once but so far it's perfect. In the midst of moving to a 1920s farm house, and trying to keep up with the 3 acres of horribly overgrown lawn and trees growing in the gutter, your help here at this forum has been invaluable. By the way, do any of you know how difficult it is to get the tractor to the roof to mow the gutters? I'm thinking of removing the gutters...
