My local guy here where I live can get me better prices than anyone online and his price always included mounting. Edited June 19, 2015 by rmaynard
Stilly 0 #4 Posted June 20, 2015 I guess my local tire company can't read. I took a pair of 10.5 x 4.5-4 came off front of my Lawnranger. He ordered 9.5x 3.5-4. I'm looking at post from Maynard. I like price and style offered. Will their 11 x 4.00-4. Work on my rims? Do I need larger tubes?
RedRanger 1,468 #5 Posted June 21, 2015 (edited) The original size 10.5x4.5-4 are no longer made. I went with a 11x4. Just a hair taller and a hair more narrow. I'd say they are about 11.2 inches tall and about 4.25 inches wide at the sidewall. The tread is about 3.25 wide. (My original 10.5x4.5 tires were actually 10.5 inches tall and 4.5 inches wide sidewall with about a 4 inch wide tread.)I also tried a pair of 4.10x4, but they were tiny. Maybe 10 inches tall and less than 3 inches wide. The 11x4 will use the same size tubes as oem. You'll need bent stems.I found the best deal for these through summit on-line.http://www.summitracing.com/search?SortBy=BestKeywordMatch&SortOrder=Ascending&keyword=11x4 tiresHere are pictures before I installed new sealed bearings.
