martinarcher 59 #30 Posted August 19, 2015 Thanks guys! I got the engine painted last night. Local paint shop hooked me up with some black toner that let me tint the high temp Eastwood paint to match my red. It turned out great and matches as close to perfect as I can ever get! Now the fun part of bolting all the nice shiny parts back together! Woo hoo!
Brian01 481 #31 Posted September 4, 2015 Now that is a shine!!!
martinarcher 59 #32 Posted September 16, 2015 Well it's about as close to done as it gets. I've got to repaint the mule drive as I had the front wheels on backwards (actually they've been that way for 20+ years and I put them back on the same wrong way they came off). The wheels being on backwards causes the tire to rub the mule drive when turning full lock left. Oh well, I'll get it painted up and add the final decal. He's a some pics I snapped with my phone. I need to pull it out and take some pics with a real camera! It deserves it!!

martinarcher 59 #39 Posted October 3, 2015 Well today was supposed to be a local steam/tractor show and I was going to take the Horse but it's been raining all day and I couldn't bring myself to take this baby out in the rain. I did get it all finished and pulled out the DSLR to get some good finished pics. Her she is! I even cut the front yard with it before the pics. Man is it fun!! Thanks for following along and also for all the members who helped me out with parts and advice. I really appreciate it! It's a tractor that is sentimental to me and the look on my dad's face when he saw the finished product more than made the hours of work worth it...heck what am I saying, this stuff is fun no matter what but it was awesome to see how excited he was about the final product. I'm glad it turned out so well and is ready for another 40 years in the family. Enjoy the pics and let me know what you think!

dm148300 3 #49 Posted January 24, 2016 I don't use this word often at all, but that's a gorgeous machine! It's simply a thing of beauty! Maybe I missed it in the post, but do you know how many hours you have in it, in total? Thanks for sharing! That is so inspiring!!!!
Racinbob 11,040 #50 Posted January 24, 2016 That's absolutely beautiful! You need to bring it to the big show. One thing though, the belt should be on the inner groove with a mower deck. That should stop the black ring on the PTO pulley.
