squonk 41,100 #2 Posted June 14, 2015 That will change 30 times in a week and a half! I used to look 2 weeks ahead. But I don't want to jinx the weather gods I'll start peeking next weekend. I have to plan my yard work schedule out so I don't come home to a hay field after the show. What day are the cookie bars scheduled for launch Bob?
rmaynard 15,455 #3 Posted June 14, 2015 What day are the cookie bars scheduled for launch Bob? They will arrive at 8:00 am Thursday morning, but will be kept under lock and key until such time as I feel they are ready for distribution.

wallfish 16,996 #10 Posted June 22, 2015 Uh Oh, I had my canopy rip to shreds down there a few years ago from the wind during some of those isolated T-storms. Kind of funny now but it wasn't at the time it was happening!Just hoping for the best at this point since I'm going no matter what the weather is going to be.Me and Saltywright were just kicking back talking at the last Zagray show when a small gust came up quick out of nowhere and shot my canopy straight up 90* against my van. That one was kind of funny when it happened because we were so surprised!
squonk 41,100 #11 Posted June 23, 2015 Tie a rope to the frame and tie the other end to your belt! my brother's father in law used to do that with their tent. A big storm would come and he'd lay in the tent like a big anchor.

Oh yeah....a tent flying through the air and me dangling from a rope....kind of like parachuting!
