Dutchess county fairgrounds antique machinery show and swap meet this weekend

DCFG in Rhinebeck Ny is holding a machinery show in conjunction with a motorcycle show and gravely mow in. There will be a swap meet. I can't make it but if you need something to do this might be the ticket. Their car show is getting Carlisle big.

The machinery show is a nice event on the small-ish scale located up on the field adjacent to and slightly above the fairgrounds proper. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.
 
The motorcycle show is actually the AMCA Grand National meet.  It is the largest show in the region if not on the entire East coast, and in it there is a timeline display featuring Antique motorcycles you won't ever see anywhere else in life.  It is huge and could very well take you all of Friday and Saturday to take it all in.

I have gone every year since it became a GN event, rain or shine, and all I can say is GO.  Even if you're not a motorcycle guy, the fact that y'all are here indicates to me that you're all mechanical guys.  You'll see early early engine designs that'll blow you away.  Incredible stuff.  Huge swap meet too, plenty of things to modify for inventive use elsewhere
