oldredrider 2,548 #1 Posted May 31, 2015 (edited) Working on a Kohler K321 battery ignition engine. Tractor has been sitting for several years. Does not fire consistently at the plug.Cleaned all connections, points set to .018 and clean. Tried 3 different spark plugs, changed coil wire. Ohm meter verifies good connections throughout. The only things I haven't changed are the condensor and coil.I'm thinking it's a bad coil...am I on the right track? Will "borrow" the coil and condensor if I need to, but would welcome opinions.
