What would a fair price for my 208-3 be? Just curious. All original.

The vertical engine lawn tractors don't bring anywhere near as much as the horizontal engine garden tractors.....I have to agree with Save Old Iron.

a lot of times the sellers want too much for these because they look like garden tractors.

I guess I'm old fashioned but, wouldn't look at any vertical shaft ridin' lawn mower, whatever it is.

Got my 1st Horse, 8 hp, 40+ years ago, horizontal shaft of course. Plowed earth, dozed snow and gravel, mowed plenty, pulled a sweeper and kids in garden trailers.
Don't think a vertical shaft engine could ever keep up.  :eusa-think:

Watchin' shoppers looking at "tractors" in the BIG box stores is a joke. Makes me laugh.

      Hi All, I’m a member of the RedSquare Facebook group, some of you may have seen My tractor there. I have a 1992 312-8 with a 37 inch deck. It came with a house my brother bought, and was given to me. It needed work but just minor things. I mow my lawn with it, and I just bought a plow to push snow/dirt so it’s a working restoration. It was relatively well taken care of by the previous owners so it really just needed a refresh. Anyway see you around the site!
