bds1984 1,429 #1 Posted May 8, 2015 This is my first time servicing a non-Wheel Horse tractor, at least it is red! I have a Craftsman mower with a hydro-gear t2-aabc-1x1a-1gx1 transaxle that is failing. I think I will need a rebuild kit for it and a service manual. Anyone here have any knowledge of these? Last year I removed the trans to flush and refill the old fluid with Mobil 1 15W50. Well, now she is barely able to move uphill on any grade so I'm figuring it may need new seals in the pump and drive motor. I've pulled the relief valve and cycled through forward and reverse and closed the valve and she will move on her own again but not very well. Any thoughts?
